Your profile

Manage your own name, photo, and personal settings.

Your profile is your personal account within the practice — separate from the practice-wide settings. It's how teammates and clients see you.

Prerequisites: none — this is your own account.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Profile.
  2. Update your display name and photo.
  3. Adjust personal settings such as language where offered.
  4. Save.

Your working hours live separately under Availability.

You'll know it worked when…

Your updated name and photo show up where you appear in the app.

Tip: Use the name clients would recognize (e.g., "Dr. Dana Avery") — it can appear on records and communications.

Next steps
