Settings

Where you configure your practice, team, communications, and the catalog behind billing.

Settings is where you set up and adjust how your practice runs. It's grouped to match the kinds of things you configure. Many items have their own guide; the rest are summarized here.

Billing

  • Invoice branding — choose an invoice template, colors, and a footer memo. (Settings → Invoice branding.)
  • Billing rules — automatic fees like travel, card surcharges, and late fees. (Settings → Billing rules.)
  • Discount profiles, Tax rates, and Payment methods — covered under Catalog & pricing.

Catalog & pricing

Clinical

  • Visit types — the kinds of visit you offer.
  • Species — the animals you treat (Settings → Species).
  • Template fields — reusable fill-in fields for clinical notes.
  • Patient alerts and contact alerts — reusable flags for patients and contacts.

Account

  • Your profile — your name, avatar, and personal settings.
  • Availability — your working hours.
  • Activity — an audit log of changes across the account.
