Settings
Where you configure your practice, team, communications, and the catalog behind billing.
Settings is where you set up and adjust how your practice runs. It's grouped to match the kinds of things you configure. Many items have their own guide; the rest are summarized here.
Practice
- Practice profile — name, logo, address, and time zone.
- Team members & roles — add people and set permissions.
- Import data — bring in contacts and patients from another system.
Communications
- Email & sending — the address your practice sends from.
- Email templates — invoice emails, reminders, and receipts.
Billing
- Invoice branding — choose an invoice template, colors, and a footer memo. (Settings → Invoice branding.)
- Billing rules — automatic fees like travel, card surcharges, and late fees. (Settings → Billing rules.)
- Discount profiles, Tax rates, and Payment methods — covered under Catalog & pricing.
Catalog & pricing
- Service catalog, Service bundles, Categories, and Inventory locations (see Stock & locations).
Clinical
- Visit types — the kinds of visit you offer.
- Species — the animals you treat (Settings → Species).
- Template fields — reusable fill-in fields for clinical notes.
- Patient alerts and contact alerts — reusable flags for patients and contacts.
Account
- Your profile — your name, avatar, and personal settings.
- Availability — your working hours.
- Activity — an audit log of changes across the account.
