Payment methods
Choose which ways you accept payment so they appear when recording one.
Tell decavet which ways you accept payment. Your choices appear as options when you record a payment.
Prerequisites: Admin or appropriate permission.
The available methods
- Cash
- Credit Card
- Debit
- Check
- E-Transfer
- Online
- Other
Choose your methods
- Go to Settings → Payment methods.
- Turn on the methods your practice accepts (and turn off ones you don't).
- Optionally set a default.
- Save.
You'll know it worked when…
The methods you enabled are the ones offered when recording a payment.
Tip: Keep the list to what you actually use. A short list makes recording a payment in the field quicker.
