Practice profile
Set your practice name, logo, address, and — importantly — your time zone.
Your practice profile is your practice's basic identity: its name, logo, address, and time zone. It's the first thing to set up.
Prerequisites: Admin role.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Practice settings.
- Set the practice name (this appears in the app and on documents).
- Upload your logo.
- Enter your practice address.
- Set your time zone.
- Save.
Why the time zone matters
decavet shows every appointment and timestamp in your practice's time zone. Setting it correctly means a call booked for "9:00 AM" shows as 9:00 AM for everyone on your team and on reminders — no matter where they happen to be looking from.
