Team members & roles
Invite vets, technicians, and staff, and give each person the right level of access.
Your practice can have many users. Each person is a member with a role that controls what they can do. See Roles & permissions for what each role allows.
Prerequisites: Admin role to invite or change members.
Invite a member
- Open the Members page (from your account area in the top navigation).
- Choose to invite a member.
- Enter their email address.
- Pick their role: Admin, Veterinarian, Technician, or Staff.
- Send the invitation.
They'll receive an email to join your practice. Once they accept, they appear in your members list.
Change a role or remove someone
- On the Members page, find the person.
- Change their role, or remove them from the practice.
- Confirm.
You'll know it worked when…
The new member appears in your members list with the role you assigned, and can sign in to your practice.
Tip: Give people the least access they need to do their job. Reserve Admin for those who manage settings and billing.
