Team members & roles

Invite vets, technicians, and staff, and give each person the right level of access.

Your practice can have many users. Each person is a member with a role that controls what they can do. See Roles & permissions for what each role allows.

Prerequisites: Admin role to invite or change members.

Invite a member

  1. Open the Members page (from your account area in the top navigation).
  2. Choose to invite a member.
  3. Enter their email address.
  4. Pick their role: Admin, Veterinarian, Technician, or Staff.
  5. Send the invitation.

They'll receive an email to join your practice. Once they accept, they appear in your members list.

Change a role or remove someone

  1. On the Members page, find the person.
  2. Change their role, or remove them from the practice.
  3. Confirm.

You'll know it worked when…

The new member appears in your members list with the role you assigned, and can sign in to your practice.

Tip: Give people the least access they need to do their job. Reserve Admin for those who manage settings and billing.
