Service bundles

Group services you often add together so you can apply them in one click.

A service bundle is a saved group of services (and optionally inventory items) you frequently use together. Instead of adding each line by hand, you add the whole bundle to a visit in one step.

Prerequisites: the services you want to bundle already exist.

Create a bundle

  1. Go to Settings → Service bundles.
  2. Click to add a bundle.
  3. Give it a name (e.g., "Spring Wellness").
  4. Add the services (and any inventory items) that make it up, with quantities.
  5. Save.

Use a bundle

When adding a service to a visit, choose the bundle option and pick your bundle. All its lines are added at once; you can then adjust quantities or remove a line for that visit.

You'll know it worked when…

The bundle appears in the service picker and adds all its lines to a visit in one click.

Tip: Build bundles for your routine call types — a wellness package, a pre-purchase exam set — so recording a standard visit takes seconds.
